Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, all fragrance sales are final. We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your product, please email us at contact@dosmundos.studio within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund. Refunds are processed within 7 business days once the return is received and approved. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.


Important Notes:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments — please keep proof of postage/tracking.

  • Discovery sets, samples, and promotional items are not eligible for return.
